To give this five stars is an understatement. The staff were incredibly helpful and the food was absolutely fantastic. We ordered dumplings, cheese pie, and lamb skewers and they filled us up after a long day of flying. Was cozy and a vibe that could be casual or for a special occasion. I could’ve stayed all night.
The khinkali was delicious; loved that everything is home made. Had the khachapuri and it was great. Also ordered the Orange cake. I couldn’t taste the orange but my SO could. SO got the chocolate mousse and it had a fantastic flavor, it also had cognac; and it was too rich for my tastes. This place activated my SOs DNA so we will be sure to come here again.
Fantastic restaurant, with great food! We tried two varieties of dumplings, and two varieties of the cheese bread. The cheese bread with the egg was a particular favorite. The kebabs were delicious, and the cakes were great. It was our first time trying Georgian cuisine and we loved it.
For our Manhattan, Upper East Side venue:
– A single private room can accommodate up to 25 guests for more intimate gatherings or small corporate events;
– The combined Garden and Middle rooms can host up to 50 guests;
– The Main room can accommodate up 40 guests.
